from Living Etc.

We were intrigued to check out Living Etc's. picks for the most collectible pieces for 2009. Collectible is certainly the operative word here. These are pricey numbers. Most of them would make "our if-we-win-the-lottery" wish list. We're pretty careful about the items that we purchase for our home, so we're going to use this list as inspiration.

We love the alcove-style headboard. We belong to the work-in-bed crowd and this bed would work with us. We're not sure if this particular bookcase would make our list, but we do think books should be an important part of every decorating scheme.

The rest of the list is available from Living Etc. What did you think of their picks? Are there any collectible piece you'd add?

I think two of those links to merchants are more than 2 years old links back to Apartment Therapy articles, and one a month ago, instead of the merchants. Clicks are $$$, not information that's relevant!
