Read about the Upper West Side 912sf home here. The Zizmor family has transformed this old super's apartment into stylish new digs that, we think, are actually large by New York standards.
The other homes are a converted coach house in London and a teeny, tiny, dramatic freestanding jewelry box of a house in Norway.
I wonder if the Zizmor family has any relation to the infamous Dr. Z of the subway ads.

Love it -- but wish there were more photos of the interior.

A friend sent me an email a couple of weeks ago about a house in Toronto that's tiny. I sent it to Maxwell to post but he didn't. Now I see it's on Curbed.

AT- Please try to re-post this property with photos and any other information you can provide. I saw this on Dwell's site. Maybe I need to see it in print. This is arguably one of the best conversions of a small space I have seen. I am in Real Estate also so I see a lot...We need more of this place...

Not related to Dr.Z, but a really nice and very talented guy. I went to HS with him. Kudos to you Mr. Zizmor!!
