I wish they weren't so expensive! Or, I wish Home Depot sold modern ones that were the same price as their hideous ones ($600-1000). Modern shouldn't mean crazy expensive!

Go to ReadyMadeMag.com and buy the plans for your own! Its like $35 for the plans, but they tell you where to get what, where, etc. I'm sure you can customize it to your modern specifications
