They're all under 325sf. The itsy bitsy creations in Lester Walker's book,
Tiny, Tiny Houses, serve as great inspiration for planning a small country house or a small city apartment. Practical drawings like exploded axonometric drawings and furniture layouts are provided.
The ideas presented in the book are useful and charming, with nice illustrations or photographs of each house. The designs range from unbuilt dream houses to well-known small houses like Thoreau's Walden Pond cabin and the classic Cape Cod style house. -Regina
I think these houses (the ones in the link when you click on my name) are the cutest thing...
We bought (and have since sold) a Lester Walker-designed house near Woodstock in the Catskills and the man knows how to create the perfect interior space. Small house that had SO much room to move around in -- and privacy to boot. Lester has an office in Woodstock if anyone is interested. I miss that house, darnit.
This book is one of the reasons I spent much of my later childhood building studio apartments out of Legos.

The link to a seller is broken and also that seller offers the book for a higher price (about $38) than Amazon (about $25).
Amazon (version as pictured here):

Amazon (newer version in color):

It's really sloppy of AT to post a dead link to a more expensive and older printing.
