When we needed a very small cabinet made to order, it was Alancraft who came through for us.
We had a hard time getting a reasonable price for such a small project (a single custom-made cabinet). Then Alancraft's estimate came in at about half the cost of the others'.
They were fast, too. In all, the project was complete in only about 2 weeks. This included an initial meeting to review the design drawings and ended in installation. For simple projects that require custom fabrication, we'd use Alancraft again.
I used Alacraft also to build a dresser and 2 doors in my apartment. They came out great. I was very pleased with the Alan's professionalism and his speedy delivery. I was very happy with my experience with Alancraft and would definitely use them again.

We used Alan of Alancraft to do several projects in our apartment. First, he replaced some sagging and uneven linen closet doors. He rebuilt lighter weight doors and mounted them with appropriate hinges. They look fabulous. He also replaced some damaged wood on our antique piano and stained it to match the existing color. We were very pleased with his work and plan on using him in the future. My husband (who is an architect and has very high standards for this type of craftsmanship) and I would certainly recommend Alan.

I called Alan after having a nightmare contractor start my kitchen and disappear, leaving a mess. Alan took over the work seamlessly, coming in on budet and finishing weeks before the completion date. The kitchen came out beautiful. He also did a set of sliding doors that look amazing. He had great design suggestions, and was patient in explaining things to me, seeing how anxious I was from my previous disastrous experience.
Alan is detail oriented, his pricing is fair and transparent - no nickling and diming. He was a pleasure to work with and I would comfortably recommend him to anyone.
