There is something too Lolita about this.
Like the dog, though.
I'm really liking the chair, and imagine a set of them on the poured concrete patio of my rustic retreat. Please remove the child and dog!
It doesn't do too much for me as a photograph however . . .
yeah.... little girl needs to go. something just feels wrong with her looking like that.

That was not the first thought I had about this photo at all - I just thought it looked like a silly furniture-with-kid-and-dog
ad. But I see what you mean about the Lolita aspect. The thought that comes to mind for me is that children are so old now.
I think that if it were in color, you would see that her swimsuit was maybe some kind of bright acid-green with flourescent pink flower on it, and that would seem more young-and-innocent. The black-and-white, in this particular case, makes it seem more ... oddly enough ... lurid and queasy-making.
