My wife and I have used Imacuclean for years. They are the best! The office staff is knowledgable and friendly and the cleaners are extremely thorough. It makes me feel secure to know that they are insured and bonded...there's no reason to ever use anyone else!!!!!

My apartment needed some heavy post construction cleaning. Imacuclean sent 4 people for 6 hours and did a great job. A friend told me about them and everything he said was tue they are the consumate professionals!

Can anyone give an idea on prices?

All boroughs? Do they change light fixtures and put up shelves?

What Jessica stated, can anyone give us an idea on prices? My condo is being finished up and I have little things here and there that need to be done.

Any idea how to get dry paint off windows? Do I just use a scraper or is there some chemical I can apply?

Imacuclean took me to the cleaners. I don't know who is posting on here but I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service I received. I could have done in half an hour what it took one of their "professionals" three hours to accomplish. They are nothing but scam artists.

Just for information Bill, no apartment can be cleaned in half an hour unless it's a shoe box. Imacuclean also has a three hour minimum which I'm sure you were told up front.

I hired this company based in part on the glowing reviews I read on this site. On the appointed day, they never even showed up. Maybe my experience was a fluke, but I feel compelled to warn people: If you value your time at all, I would think very carefully before hiring this company.

Imacuclean has consistently provided excellent service. I have used them on a number of different occasions and find them to be thorough, friendly and competent.

I HAVE USE IMACUCLEAN ON MANY OCCASIONS AND THEY ALWAYS COM THROUGH FOR MY FAMILY AND MYSELF. THEY WORKERS ARE VERY TRUST WORTHY AND THEY CLEAN MY PLACE VERY THOROUGHTLY. I CPULD NOT RECOMMEND ANOTHER COMPANY BUT IMACUCLEAN.

i called imacuclean for a general cleaning and i was pretty happy with the results. their schedule was flexible (i used another place that couldn't pencil me in for 2 weeks), they brought their own cleaning supplies (but that costs extra), and it wasn't terribly expensive. i would definitely use them again.

there is one thing to remember -- when you call to schedule, make sure to confirm your appointment via fax or email. yeah :)

I have never come across a more dishonest cleaning service in my life.
The guy that cleaned the apartment was very nice and helpful, however, the job that was done was very poor.
The apartment was completely empty and I asked that everything be scrubbed down. I had hired him for four hours, so this should not have been a problem. When I came home, it initially looked and smelled clean. I paid and tipped him. Upon examining the apartment, I realized that it was not clean and what I had asked had not been done at all. He came back for an hour redo after which the job was still not done as had been originally promised.
Upon complaining, they told me that they would reduce my bill, but still charged my account for the original amount. After calling numerous times, they told me to find another cleaning service because they were not refunding my money.

Please, whatever you do, do not use Imacuclean!

I have had a very poor experience with this company. Their office does not communicate effectively with their subcontractors.
They sent cleaners without making an appointments, the cleaners did a sub-par job and either did not know or ignored our instructions, and we still have dirty floors.
Very frustrating experience. I guess you can get lucky with the subcontractors but the office is extremely disorganized and are very poor communicators.
