Color Chips: Costa Rican Collection

Thanksgiving, November 24th, 2005 in Costa Rica - Simply walked around the house and took pictures of what was there.

The colors in Tamarindo were all over the map and I was not able to make sense of it during the whole time I was there. Intense primary colors were seen in plants as well as paint choices on the house where we were staying. There were dusty browns and sandy colors as well. This was after the rainy season, so everything was at its peak.

The second plant down (Agave? Spanish Sword?) is one of my all-time favorite colors... a gray-blue-green-sage gorgeousness.

And Bougainvillea! Hibiscus! Always gorgeous.

Thanks for this tropical shot of color. Makes me homesick for Florida!
