Inspired by a story in today's NYTimes, Dutch Soldiers Stress Restraint in Afghanistan, we've tried to isolate a palette that would tie in with the peace.
We first noticed the noble face of the Dutch soldier in the foreground (below) and then our interest spread to the whole scene. Holland's native colors are about as opposite as you can get to Afghanistan's, but the green here is remarkable and fitting for the meeting of these two peoples.
