Went to see the museum and soak up some more color. Loved the new Safe exhibition and then just fooled around, looking for good chips. It was crowded, but we tried to get people in front of the art to add scale. Particularly liked Ryan McGinness' screenprints on the first floor hallway (pic second from top) and the wall color in the drawings gallery on the second floor (top pic).

Last June I was in London and saw an amazing exhibit at The Barbican Centre called "Colour After Klein" ( http://www.barbican.org.uk/gallery/Colour.htm ). It made me think about color in a way I never had before - and, yes, there was a pure white sculpture.

Also included was a very moving documentary about the mayor of Tirana, Albania who painted the decaying city in fantastic, bright colors to re-energize the citizens.

I've been reminded of that looking here at everyone's colorful rooms.
