Got it. We finally got the name of the great green from Brenda: Fresh Melon Green # 21GY30-617. The problem then was that we were not sure what paint company it was.
Google it!
"Fresh Melon" paint not only turned up that it was a Glidden paint, it also turned up a super cool project that Jason Gessner did with the color. He built himself a "green screen" like the blue kind they use in movies, and filmed his daughter driving her toy car in front of it. You have to check out the links.

Maxwell--
Thanks so much for tracking this down. I suspect there will be lots of people with Fresh Melon "Happy Walls" due to your efforts.
Can I even paint at this time of year? I *just* got out of a bad (i.e. emotionally abusive) relationship, and my ex's presence is all over the place (he moved the furniture and the cable TV got rewired, so I'm limited in what I can move back to its original place in terms of furniture). I'd love to paint a wall this weekend, just to take visual control of the space, but I'm afraid that it's too cold. Any suggestions? Can I use latex paint, open the windows, and just leave my radiator on (I live in a pre-war building, so the steam heat is either on or off)? Gotta love NYC.
Well, why not do something more temporary. There's a thread on here about using fabric and other solutions to add color to a room when your landlord won't let you paint. You can also try making a screen or something instead.
I painted one wall of my room last february. The room got really cold really fast, but would half-way heat up again in the 12 hours before I put on another coat. It was miserable. If you're going to do this, paint early in the morning, air it out and then go to work [or at least Starbucks or a friend's house] and let the place re-heat.
I used a similar colour in my bedroom recently and the photo of it is on my my website in the gallery called "The Quilt" I can source the paint manufacturer for you if need be and the name.
I was delighted to see what appears to be Fresh Melon Green (or at least a close relative) grace the walls of Eduardo Ruel's home in the film "THE LIMEY". Yet another reason to see this fantastic film. And Terry Valentine's cool California home with the "trust" pool isn't too shabby either. Check it out....
