A ColorTherapy Travelogue: Margarita Green

Color Matches:
Benjamin Moore Margarita 2026 20
Ralph Lauren Limeade Green IB75

Why not go into the holiday weekend thinking cocktails? We can furthermore wink at July’s theme of “Green Home” at Apartment Therapy. One sees this lime color used everywhere in Puerto Vallarta, which I often find loathsome in the States and delightful south-of-the-border. But of course, in Mexico lime green matches the climate, the culture, the food and of course those beach-side margaritas...

I haven’t seen too many Mexican domestic interiors, but this color looks great in restaurants, especially as seen here in my first photo with rust-colored banquettes and bugambilia sunshade. Many small taco stands and such use this same color on the lower half of a wall. Since it’s green month, why don’t you mix your colors in Eco Spec?

Color matches: Benjamin Moore Margarita 2026 20; Ralph Lauren Limeade Green IB75.

I love any place with two big red... oh, never mind, it's just too easy.

I don't understand your comment, P the Other One. Well, I didn't understand either when you said: ". . . inviting people over and asking them to wrap their hands around a pole and jerk back and forth on that thing until they get some good foam going." I wish you'd write more clearly.

I was quoting someone else on that one, so can't take full credit.
