My Favorite Flower Box! Contest

We Still Want You. Do you have a green thumb?
Do you struggle to scrape out a greenspace 10 stories up?
Do you secretly covet your neighbor's roof garden?

We are inviting readers to submit photographs of their favorite SMALL private urban green achievements along with tips and resources to aid and encourage more GREEN.

The big difference with this contest is that what you submit doesn't need to be YOUR work as we will have two categories - one for gardeners and one for those who discover the work of others.

Why? To discover the best SMALLEST private greenspaces in the city

Where? In the NYC metro area only

Submit? (all entries to flowerbox@apartmenttherapy.com

2 good photographs of a great flower box, small roof garden or planter box.
Along with:
- Location
- What is planted in it
- Who takes care of it
- How does it benefit the community?
- Your name and favorite plant store.

Prizes? Lots of commentary, an AT Hat & T-Shirt, an AT Squiggle and we're working on a generous gift certificate at Chelsea Gardens to keep the winner going strong. MGR
