The Eva Solo Tea"shirt" tea maker is a beautiful new design for an age old beverage. While they pitch it as a sophisticated machine that will make tea with tannin or without, we think it is just a fine shape and an elegant design. You cannot get away from the fact that it is based on the Chemex design, but it is such tasteful copy and update, it passes. FYI great description at MoCoLoco. Available at many stores, but just not yet (we haven't seen it out yet). MGR

In case anyone was wondering when these will be available, I contacted the US distributor and the tea shirt will be available in mid-October for the Christmas shopping season from a variety of online retailers.
I talked to the US distributor today (November 17), and they received their first shipment late last week. I ordered one directly from them, although it probably would have been cheaper to wait and buy it from a reseller. If anyone's interested, I talked to Nathan at Nexus Marketing at 626-579-3195.
