Catskills Modern Mountain Home by Audrey Matlock

This modern home looks like it belongs in Los Angeles — SURPRISE! it's in the Catskills near West Shokan, New York. Designed by architect Audrey Matlock, the dramatic home was inspired by classic modernism — and it shows.

The outdoor space and pool are to DIE for, but the inside is a little sterile for my taste.

Beautiful. Inside and out. I love minimalism. No clutter, that's for me.

That pool is outrageous. Wish I was a zillionaire so I could build one like it. *sigh*

Yum - love it! Especially that kitchen with all that storage!

I would warm up the furnishings a bit, but the bones of the place are for me.
