Horizon Hill, a small Arts & Crafts home in Red Hook, New York presides over 38 acres of the Hudson Valley. Harlan Bratcher (chief executive of A/X Armani Exchange) and Toby Usnik, use the home as a country escape from a city life, but they've been careful to preserve the small-scale and natural materials of the original structure...

Just 1,200 square feet, the home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sleeping loft. It has six doors to the outdoors and embraces original materials like fieldstone, hand-hewn beams and plasterwork. For the story and amazing pictures: His Sanctuary From Glamour and the slideshow.
