Here's another upstate escape from the July/August issue of Metropolitan Home — the Scheidt weekend residence is a new 2,400 square foot home by architects Robert Luntz and Joe Tanney of Resolution 4 Architecture and interior designer Amy Lau. (After we wrote this post, Kyle looked at the idea of Shelves in Front of Windows on Apartment Therapy Boston). The color palette and mix of woodgrains add a warmth that counteracts the rolled-steel accent walls...

Wow, this is inspirational. Also, I appreciate seeing a very livable space.

Truly lovely. I appreciate the modesty in design and taste... but... the scale... this is just for weekends?

I love everything Resolution 4 does. That said, well out of my budget. The plan, marry one of them. Who loves redheads!?!?

It is very chic and tastefully done, I love that it is mid century modern with out being all atomic and cheesy.
