While not our personal taste, the Five-drawer chest and Four-drawer chest are stylish options for the person ready to embrace a luxe alternative. Or, this is a great idea for a subtle color-scheme for a Deco-ish chest from Scavenger.

The Four-drawer chest is $1199. The Five-drawer chest is $1299.

That would never have occurred to me. They are rather plain as they are now, but I can see real potential with some paint.

I have been thinking about buying the bed from this line. It isn't too oversized for a new york bedroom (only 85 inches long for the queen). The rest of my bedroom furniture is from the CB Vienna line that they discontinued, so it's hard to find a wood bed that coordinates with the rest of my stuff.

I think they look nice--not really my style, but nice. The price tag made me gasp though! They're not THAT nice!

cmcinnyc - the prices are fairly standard for a new dresser of this size. I've been shopping for one and (unfortunately) $1000 is consistent with most options. I've looked at alternatives like Gothic Cabinet and while much lower priced, the craftsmanship is very iffy. I believe that vintage is the way to go, but it is hard to find something in decent condition that is not over-priced in NYC...

I would like this so much more in something other than grey.
