Absinthe Spoons and Servers

12-18-absinthe-spoons.jpg

Since the crack-pipe chandelier is not for sale, you may have to settle for the Absinthe spoons and fountains to give your party some downtown cred. Designed by Daniel Jackson, the ornate spoons help dissolve a sugar cube in the bitter, mind-altering drink...

There is a great wikipedia entry on all things absinthiana. These spoons are available at Bblessing, the hip men's boutique on Orchard Street. The spoons are $50 and the set of imported Absinthe fountains and glassware (from European artisans) is $500. Via: Refinery29.

If you are in Soho, London, you can see them on the bar of the 'York Minster' now known as the 'French Pub'.
