This was one of my all-time favorites. CAn't believe it didn't even earn finalist status!

What an exellent use of color and a wonderful space...This was one of my top picks...I'd love to see the rest of the house

I'm saw your post, disappointed, and wondered about the hater comment so I went back and checked the comments on this entry. One perosn didn't like the place but was civil in opinion. One person was a bit snarky in comments. Other than that, comments seemed to be very very positive. Given some of the other entries with rooms and their owners really skewered with mean comments, this one seems pretty positive. Am I missing something?

Not arguing - just curious. I wasn't able to keep up with the whole contest and related posts so I'm wondering if something happened that I didn't catch on this one?

I *really* am surprised that this entry isn't a finalist! Anyway, it's an inspiration to me...

Also surprised this is not a finalist, but I like Mister Lo's taste.

This was probably my favorite entry in the entire contest--how did it become just an honorable mention??

Thank goodness. It's lovely and NOT trendy. Plus, they could change the wall color and it would work well.

Libby - I think when people talk about haters they mean the anti-green sentiment that seemed to crop up.

Anyone - am I right on that?

I love this one, and I'm just glad that such a good one at LEAST didn't completely slip through the cracks into obscurity.

This was SOOO definitely a finalist!!! Classy and classic .. very sophisticated .. which is more than I can say for a lot of the entries. This is a shame.
