Stone, glass, marble, ceramic... Last year a client of ours researched how much it would cost to replace one marble window sill. He looked at shops in NYC and then stopped into Cancos Tile in the Hamptons just out of curiosity. To his surprise, Cancos gave him a better price, even with delivery and installation 100 miles away.
With over 10 stores in the metro area, Cancos started as a Long Island outfit but is hungry and growing, offering prices and service that seem hard to beat.

When I recently redid my bathroom I shopped around, and looked at both Cancos and Nemo. People told me to avoid nemo, but i didnt listen. I ultimately went with Nemo, and seriously regretted it.
Everything with nemo was a fight, and after they had my credit card info I couldn't get them to speak with me. The tile came in broken and late, and they didn't give a crap.
Next time i will go with Cancos for sure!
I ordered some tumbled tiles from cancos. 50 percent of the tiles arrived in questionable condition, either broken or with deep yellow stains, and very deep grooves. I knew going in to it that this might be a problem, but thought that there would be some kind of quality control on the product, of at least 20 percent being damaged. When I spoke to the manager about the problem, she was rude, and dismissive.
Nobody cares at Cancos.

Cancos in Southampton Sucks Big Time Are they related to the NYC store!!! Should I call Karen too.. I custom ordered 3 marble sills, and they came back with rust stains from a wet saw.. they tried to tell me this is the way it comes!!! Interesting since it was special ordered since I wanted a pure white sill for my bathrooms!!!
