At first I thought it was a nursery. Then, upon closer inspection I thought maybe it was a landscaper unloading their goods for a big brownstone backyard. Nope...
Someone on 75th Street just really likes plants. And bless 'em for it. I felt instantly more alive and thankful for my strange and beautiful city after walking by. And when I got to Amsterdam, sure enough, there was a plant store right there. Open a plant store and they will come. skgr

A well-deserved 1st place showing for an urban garden! Very inspirational.
are they fenced in?
what's also great is that if they aren't, but haven't been walked off with.
or maybe that's part of the plot?
maybe many of them began as clippings, so the gardener really just had to spend on soil and plastic post?
oh...it's a bed...but could be individual pots.
what a good idea either way.
