Love grows on Charles Street. There's nothing like a little block association action to cheer a bad mood. I was walking down Charles Street this morning, in somewhat of a rainy-day funk, and I started to notice these little signs stuck in the street tree pits. They've been busy on Charles Street!

Then I noticed how many of the apartments had planted flowerboxes. Phenomenal! Now that's what I like to see.

So this week's top prize (along with brand new Apartment Therapy Flowerbox Award badge) goes to the people at 41 Charles Street for their over-the-top use of violas and evergreens both in front of their building, and in the tree pit. Well done!
