Yeah, thank god for those Miele appliances, because the kitchen counter top is butt ugly. At least the buyer won't have to buy new a new fridge AND rip up green jeans granite.
Your loving efforts have paid off, this looks to be a very warm and comfortable place. The kitchen is very attractive and the flooring is nice.
Thank you for posting the floor plan as well.
Mahalo for sharing.

I occasionally scan real estate websites and check out prices in NYC just to remind myself exactly why I left in the first place. $700 for 725 square feet...there's a good reason.
Actually, I lived only 2 blocks from the address in this listing and love the neighborhood. You just don't get anything for your money in Manhattan and I grew tired of living in a closet.
I take issue with Cari's comment. While price per square foot is an important tool, an apartment cannot be dismissed based purely on this factor. It's nice to see an apartment of this size with important details like attractice/functional closet space and high-end ammenties like the Miele kitchen appliances. These things all make the space more attractive to a buyer.
