while I don't have any kids....I like to act like one occasionally. These would be fun for our apartment entry way. We're busy college students and it would be perfect to write down the grocery list.

Oh my I've been envisioning a black board back splash for the kitchen so that I can write receipes, reminders, and rah-rah notes to myself for easy visual reference.

i was thinking just the other day that i need to get a chalkboard. i'm dyslexic and i have troube assigning time to tasks do i'm always late. if i had this i could write out EVERYTHING where i could SEE IT, and as a result I could meet my friends on time, get assignments completed on time, get to work on time, and make my boss very happy.
please help me to keep my job :)

I'd love one of these for my kitchen. I tried chalkboard paint, but failed miserably .. I let the paint can sit for too long before getting around to it and by the time I opened it up all the magnetic parts had stuck to themselves in a giant clump.

We plan on having kids soon. This would look awesome in a nursery.

We just moved into a new, big apartment -- but we don't have enough art (yet) to hang on all the walls. There is a big space in our office/guest room right above the sofa that is just waiting for these. Arranged 2x2, framed by the crown molding and flanked by the original 1930's wall sconces, they would be perfect for us, especially since my boyfriend has been begging for chalkboard paint ever since we signed the lease.

I really like that there are four panels. If I got my paws on these, I would draw a Warholian, "four Mao's" type of drawing on them once a week of one of my good pals in neon-colored chalk, and then take a pic of it for my photo album. A tribute, if you will.
