Bless your little heart. I live in Atlanta, but still...up until I bought my condo in April, I lived in a cute little studio, in an 1880 Victorian. The landlord wouldn't turn on the radiators until he felt like it, which was often not until after Thanksgiving. Even *that* was miserable, and we're talking about in the low 30's outside, at the worst. You deserve the throw! I can't wait to hear about it.
