Gift Fair: Klein Reid

2-6-klein-reid-show-1.jpgAT_Gift-Fair.jpgThough we'll always treasure the idea of the Porcelain Campfire, we're pleased to see New York-based ceramicists Klein Reid with a new line of Bisque Books that deserve our "mimic" tag for things that look like other things. We're also fond of the Hawthorne hand-dipped collection in "curry yellow" and "olive"...

Klein Reid has collaborated with Eva Zeisel on a number of projects and their line continues to grow...

I [heart] KleinReid, and these thick new glazes are making me hungry... Lovely stuff; what a talented duo.

Sometimes I really don't understand AT. Drooling over (lovely) porcelain books while constantly urging people to get rid of their real books...?

Hmmm, more "stuff" to clutter our lives.

What Cassis said.

A porcelain fire goes nicely in a place without much other function. But does anyone have a problem filling their bookshelves?
