Inspiring Greens from Grueby Pottery

0731_grueby4.jpg

The subtle, varied greens in Grueby pottery are simply awe-inspiring. We can't get over the range from soft, spring greens to deep, foresty greens. Here are just a few images from Grueby pottery pieces that are bound to inspire in form and color:

Beautiful pieces...remind me a lot of Roseville. I wonder if they were made around the same time?

Hi,

The 3rd and 5th photos here I took and are of Grueby pottery in my Grueby collection. I am glad you would like to use them in this piece, but please give me a photo credit and also say that both the Annie Lingley bud vase from 1903 and the tiny cup are from the collection of Andrew Demcak.

Thanks!
