This is one of our favorite designs. It hangs on the dining room wall of our family home in the country. We found it in a little French shop that was part of the Le Gamin cafe empire in NYC a number of years ago before it closed. We wish we could find more and would even consider starting a business making and selling them, they're so great...
The idea is simple: three levels hold six glasses each, with each level holding a different size glass, but all sharing the same overall design. We use the little little ones for juice and water, the middle ones for water and wine and the tall ones for water and coffee.
The very top row of votive candle holders we added, but is not part of the original design. The glasses themselves are European DURALEX products and quite sturdy. We've looked to find more DURALEX like this here and have come up empty handed.
If you wanted to DIY this, it would be easy, though finding the glasses is still hard. We've found this shape glass in two sizes, but finding three variations is hard. Here's are links to where we've found some good leads:

My fat fingers would knock 'em all down...but it is pretty. I could only do it if the cups were metal and they stayed in place with magnets.

as a six-foot klutz myself I do understand that point, but I would assume that the shelf would not be placed in a spot where it would easily "shouldered".
BTW, what happened to Le Gamin? I thought I passed an open one the other day?

My husband would accidentally bump into this after about 8 seconds of it being on the wall and it would all go crashing to the floor.
