Oiva Toikka Birds for Iittala
2008's bird is the Cucunor, with watery, pastel colors. Our favorite, though, is the more vivid one above: a Magpie! We really like its not-quite-symmetrical symmetry.
And if you don't really care for the birds as they stand alone, place a few together: they almost interact, seeming to move and peck around:
