Each of this style of Weck jar comes with a loose, flat lid and a rubber gasket that are held on by metal clamps. That's the whole family pictured up top. We want to use these in the kitchen, bathroom, and office. Prices range from $2 to $6 each at Heath Ceramics. Also available are extra metal clamps and rubber gaskets.
Clamp-lid glass jars are so useful and are much better than the boxes and bags of opened rice/pasta/beans in the cupboards...

Oh gosh!
My German Mother in law makes jelly in these and I love them. I use them as an alternative to tupperware. They are fantastic.
