Good Questions: Locating a Similarly Unique Table?

1-6-tray-table.jpgI recently lost this table in an Ebay bidding war. Are there any New York stores that would have something similar? I really like that it isn't a cookie cutter item. Thanks, Vanessa

This could prove difficult. Has anyone seen something similar?

I'd keep looking in the fleamarkets, estate sales, vintage furniture stores, etc...

...but it appears that this was a DIY - You could do something similar using a vintage end table and have a circular photo/mirror frame mounted with clear glass, paint them both and add handles to the frame for the tray.

oh, the pain of being the losing ebay bidder...
You may never find anything exactly like this,
but keep trolling ebay, junk and antique stores, and I bet you can find other unique items you'll love as well.
Also, great DIY suggestion from bepsf.

Gosh, there are two great listings on my local craigslist now. They're gold, but could be painted white.

Maybe they would ship?

I almost cried when I saw this. My antiquing mom forced me to refinish furniture when I was a pre-teen. This table was my first project. I had this table in my bedroom until I left home and I loved it!! I wonder what she did with that table - I want it in my house.

that table is gorgeous! what words did you search to find this? was it just "end table" or something? maybe you could find a different search term that would yield more results, but i don't know which term would work best.

good luck!
