I'm looking for this sconce, it was in a home on HGTV's SSBS featured as a "70's swing wall sconce", It articulates sideways and out. Any thoughts would be helpful!

Is it for the ugliest sconce ever made contest ?
I'm searching everwhere too... Eco-Lights.com has some, but nothing like this.
