My husband and I love this sofabed we saw this weekend at ABC Home.
I wonder if anyone has had any experience with ABC's "house brand" or their service in general.

I ordered a sofa from them mid-July. I was told 8-12 weeks, in mid-October, after I called them several times, they say they are still waiting for the fabric!! Noone is able to give me a possible date for delivery. It's hard to get them to return my calls.
They tell me I could cancel, but then I have to hunt again, wait 8-12 weeks etc.
All style, no service.
I can only say that I LOVE the leather sofa I bought there in 2002. It was very strange, though, because the salesperson was trying to convince me NOT to get the sofabed version, because the mattress was so insubstantial, but it actually felt OK. I bought it anyway, because I only use it when I have guests -- sometime I ended up sleeping on it, sometimes them -- and it's been fine.
I found the service to be good; I can't remember the exact story, but there was kind of proactive follow-up about my order that made me very happy.
Also, the price wasn't near as high as I expected when I first glanced at it. Mine cost about $1,800 including delivery. For very (I think) smart-looking Deco-esque brown leather.
I am on my second sofa from ABC, and would highly recommend them. The new one is the store brand (not a sleeper), and I have only had it for about a month, but so far so good. Service was very good.
