Good Questions: Calendar Clock?

clock.jpg

I would love to know where I can find a clock that is similar to the cool retro one shown in this photo from The Selby. Do AT readers have any ideas or suggested substitutes? Thanks! Nicole

We love this clock. We have one in our own apartment and in the Apartment Therapy New York office. You can find one like it at the Conran Shop. Or you could do what we did, and look for one on Ebay where they come up for sale quite frequently. Search for calendar clock. Any other suggestions from AT readers? Or are there other interesting calendar clocks that you've come across?

A company named 'Twemco' makes a few nice flip clocks with calendars-- google 'em.

Google for: karlsson Big Flip Clock.

It's about the same, and still for sale. (I bought mine 2 years ago)

I'm pretty sure the one in this photo is from Habitat.

Also, in the UK, there is a smaller version at Dwell

This is a very expensive but stylish version, with different fonts, by Established and Sons (Stella McCartney's husband)

And finally, this isn't strictly the same, but there is a shop in Chelsea which sells a round version with the date, and I think it's pretty nice. I can't remember the name of the shop, it is that department store for homewares on 7th or 8th avenue. This is the clock (the top one.)

If it doesn't have to have the calendar and you just want a flip clock, for a much lower price you could get what Uncommon Goods calls its "industrial steel robotic clock" at
