For the last month I've been trying to find a particular shelf that DWR used to carry on it's web site. It was a wall shelving unit that sort of looked like bent plywood that formed two compartments. DWR sold it in two sizes, a small version where the two compartments were the same size, and a larger one where one compartment was larger than the other.

It *sort of* looks like The Hive by Chris Ferebee, but it's not freestanding and was a bit classier looking.
If you happen to know what I'm talking about and can point me in the direction of the designer, or at least someone else who still carries the product, I'd be most grateful. Thanks, Benny
Ouch! We haven't a clue...... This is a true test. Anyone else? MGR

Maybe the Isokon Loop Shelf? http://www.findaproperty.com/cgi-bin/story.pl?storyid=4589
Bennie,
Was it veneer around a thin bent aluminum core? If so, it was in one of their sale catalogs a month or two ago, so a DWR salesperson may remember the item. I believe the designer was Danish.
Pessoa,
Yep, that's the one I'm looking for. I did email their customer service, but good idea on calling one of the stores direct.
Thanks for the link, Nora, but that wasn't quite it. That's some nice stuff, tho.

Benny,
The shelves you're looking for are by a Danish company called Cinal, (they also produce the Hive H2).

Actually, Cinal was recently bought by a larger company called GUBI (http://www.gubi.dk) and I think they have an office in NYC.
Best,
CF
Benny,
Did you ever find these shelves. I am searching for the same.
Thanks,
Kelly
