Good Questions: Can You ID The Chandelier I Saw?

4-10-graphx.jpgHello everyone,

While traveling in Amsterdam recently I stumbled upon a wonderful mock chandelier at a lighting store in the Jordaan. I wasn't able to go back the next day when the store was open to inquire about the
manufacturer (something I'm still kicking myself for, trust me).

It was very similar to Helen Ige's Chandelier Mobile, but was a working light like the chandelier from Urban Outfitters...

I may resort to buying the Urban Outfitters light and modifying it to be more similar to the Helen Ige mobile, namedly the addition of hanging
crystals. But hopefully someone has a lead on a similar light?

Any leads appreciated! Ellen

Anyone??

The graphic mock-chandelier nature of the light is what seems to be causing me trouble at finding something similar, sadly. There are some great black chandeliers out there, but I'm really loving the silhouette made of wood/museum board.

This is a sconce, but maybe the manufacturer has something similar in a chandelier style. http://www.ylighting.com/ter-anastacha-w.html

What's the address of the shop? I live in Amsterdam and am actually looking for something similar.

The shop in question is below, I'd have to google the address to give you more than this picture. I wish I'd taken a picture of the light itself! If you can find out the manufacturer/designer, I would be very grateful!

Looking at my notes on where we wandered that evening, that looks like the correct address. I had no luck finding a website for them either when I returned home.

Asked at Reon when I was in the neighbourhood. They didn't know the manufacturer, but suggested contacting the importer that supplied it.
