Hello AT,
I am looking for recommendations for a store or company (online or not) in New England--or national if they ship--that sells funky sleeper sofas (funky more so in the fabric than the design). A lot of the sleeper sofas I see have very boring fabrics options. We are looking for a company that offers lively fabrics like some found on Anthropologie's sofas and chairs. This is for a kids room / office that has a danish mid century feel to it. Thanks!"

-check out a company here in Vancouver BC called Stylus-you can link on through my company website www.yaletownsofa.com
-it won't show the fabric selection but they offer alot of choice and will even do 'customers own material' orders!
email me at granville10@yaletownsofa.com for prices etc.

Take a look at tonicliving.com based in Toronto, they have a lot of funky fabrics and even futon slipcovers for bland retail futon matresses.

Straight From The Crate has stacks and stacks of fabric/leather you can use on most of their couches.

Hey Yaletown Sofa -- Your website is very nice, but I never ever ever ever contact anyone for pricing. "Contact us for pricing" = "If you have to ask you can't afford." I'm assuming you already know this, as I would think any retailer would, but since you hopped on this thread I figured I might as well offer you this feedback.

patrick,
Re: Todd Oldham for La-Z-Boy. that's really the style however they don't have any sleeper sofas. :(
Meg,
I was actually just reading about bemz.com in a waiting room this morning. Great fabrics! Unfortunately not many options for Ikea sofa beds. I like the Karlanda but Ikea discontinued the bed on April 1st. Just my luck. Maybe the Tomelilla model can grow on me...
Still need to work through the other suggestions.
Thanks AT for posting my question!

DarrenL,
tonicliving.com has some great fabrics but only for futons unfortunately.
bball,
Those sites are hard to search and without viewing the fabrics or even knowing the price range for these products, it's a little disconcerting. I like some of the van Gogh couches but very few seem to be available as sofa beds.
Meg,
I'm so raging about those bemz covers. I guess all of the sofa beds that they make covers for have been discontinued by Ikea. :(
The search continues...

maxwell,
Thanks for the suggestions. Apt is a little to futuristic in term of designs. I'm familliar with Room & Board, they are just a little too pricy once you start customizing.
