If they're from Disney I think it's safe to say they're custom pieces. That's the only insight I have. Sorry...

dwr used to sell them. i don't know what they are called.

Kristian is correct- it was sold at DWR until about 3 years ago. I think it was called the "cross pendant". I actually have one. I purchased it on sale and never even hung it up. Let me know if you'd be interested in buying it.
