Hello AT,
Can anyone tell me anything about this bed? I found it on the site for The Parker Hotel in Palm Springs and I love its clean lines and glossy white finish.
Thanks, Cindy

West Elm plus a can of paint

i've always wanted the chrome or mirrored canopy. i think jonathan adler and kelly wearstler have a stockpile of them somewhere.
call the parker hotel. hotels field these questions all the time, in fact some hotel is now selling some of the furnishing in the rooms.
ikea + can of paint = cheaper than west elm.
maybe even target?
Find a local welder to make one for you, and then have it powder coated to your choice of color. or call brian plaster in north carolina (and have it shipped) who is a phenominal furniture maker, and he can make it to your specifications with this picture. 919.969.0031 or themetalshopnc.com
CB2.com
Overstock.com, Room and board, bedroomfurnituredirect.com, Sears.com (Clearence section)...just to start.
A friend of mine has this bed [or very, very similar]. She bought it about 7 years ago from StoreHouse [defunct]. I do not know the manufacturer. This may or may not help. :]
oh my gosh Leigh--thank you for posting Brian's URL--I've been looking for it for ages. I love his work!
Anyone knows where to find drapes for this kind of bed. When i bought my bed from ABC & Matteo home http://www.matteohome.com/home/products/aw06/timbre/
beatiful bed i never thought finding drapes/curtains would be a porblem and here i am one year later still without one. something to think about too. Unless any of you know where to get one. Thanks guys
Thanks everyone for the helpful suggestions. I called the hotel and was informed that Jonathan Adler did all of the interior design--including that bed. (When you browse the pics of the hotel on the website, it all smacks of him somehow). Anyway, since this bed isn't available for purchase, I think I will have to either settle for a similar design and paint it myself, or have it made to those specs. (I've seen the other four-poster beds at West Elm and CB2, but the porportions are slightly off)
Thanks again!
