Good Questions: Identify this Light Fixture?

Can anyone name this Chandelier? I’ve been Googling all of the terms I can think of — Drum Chandelier/Brass, Pendant Chandelier — and nothing like this shows up. Any suggestions on its name? Lindsay

Wow - I don't know, but it is beautiful isn't it?

I wonder if your local lighting showroom would be able to help you source this?

It could be custom made.

You can try searching the following sites

lightology.com
lumens.com
ylighting.com
decorati.com

Maybe you'll find it, or something similar.

Hi, I believe this was on the show, Home to Flip by Peter Fallico but he doesn't include it in his source guide so I could be wrong. Hopefully this points you in the right direction though. http://www.hgtv.ca/ontv/titledetails.aspx?titleid=208208

If you have the name of the publication you found the photo in, that might help your search, as well. Good luck!

It has a Barbara Barry for Baker feel to it.

Also try Visual Comfort, ShadesofLight, LampsPlus and LightingUniverse.

I miss Peter Fallico!!!

I'm pretty sure it is a Barbara Barry light fixture.

Hi,
This picture is from Canadian designer Peter Fallico's tv show Home to Flip. The story is featured in the February 2009 issue of Canadian House and Home (page 92). I'm actually reading it right now. According to the source guide, the light is from Universal Lamp in Toronto:

Hope this helps!

Cjbennett - YOU ARE AMAZING! Thank you, Thank you.

Thank you to all the others as well - I had seen it on Peter Fallico's home to flip, and after sending in my request to AP, I saw it in my House and Home, however what was frustrating is that I didn't have a "name" of the light to refere to when searching for potential prices/online purchase locations. Maybe it's just me, but I like to comparisson shop, and at most lighting stores they don't actually give you a product name - perhaps for the exact reason why I'd like to have it.

Thanks so much!

The manufacturer is Troy Lighting, and as cjbennett said, it's from the Sausalito collection. I had my eye on the semi-flush model, but it has candelabra base sockets and somehow they never seem quite as bright as the regular base (even with the same wattage). I've comparison-shopped it, and prices are pretty similar at Farrey's, Bellacor, Croft & Little, etc. Anyway, I ended up getting a different fixture, but it was in my cart for a while - I think it's beautiful.

I love this fixture, or at least a taller version (more lantern than pendant) I originally saw on another HGTV Canada show, that makeover show with those Scottish guys. They sprayed it blue.

It looked great -- see the 'after' shots of both the living and dining rooms:
http://www.hgtv.ca/homeheist/Galleries/gallery.aspx?season=2&epi=2

Subsequently saw it in person at Union Lighting in Toronto. The finish IS sort of weird -- a little antique-y for my taste, and somehow it looks both goldish AND silverish. I would prefer it to be one or the other. Guess that's why the Scots sprayed it!

Here's Union's tall versions:

They also have the pendant, though I think I like the overlapping circles even more when they're elongated.

This pendant lamp is from Uggums McCrappylamp's latest collection Blandiculus. It is called Hurtseye.

After seeing it up close, I'm actually surprised at the finish - I did think it was more "Gold" than silvery as Anname pointed out. Which is too bad - as I would have prefered it to be more brass/gold.

Thanks for all the links which people have provided, After Googling "Sausalito Lighting" I came across many retailers so it's nice to compare costs.

If anyone has comparable lighting suggestions along this line of chandelier however more in the gold family I would love to know!

If you want that look without all that metal over it, go for a more classic pendant Drum fixture.
I like to shop on line at Alluminare you get to create your own look. http://www.alluminare.com/
I ordered my Pendant drum fixture from them, and I'm so satisfied.

This one might have a little more of the finish you're looking for: http://www.bellacor.com/productdetail/189578.htm.

Good luck with your search!
