Mm that is quite the comfy and lovely looking chair! Sadly, I do not know who makes it. It reminds me of something from Crate and Barrel or Pottery Barn with the elegant legs and intricate but subtle fabric. Good luck!

My mother-in-law has one like this that she got from the now defunct Bombay Company. Target.com has some nice ones that might work as a substitute.

It is the sasha side chair with arms from crate and barrel. It was done in one of their custom colors, you would have to go to a store in order to get that specific pattern.
