that's actually not a shower curtain, but a hanging plastic/vinyl/some kind of crazy poly-material panel that i saw in the cb2 catalog.
it actually could be used as a shower curtain, but only if it had a liner, since it is entirely cut-out.

It's not actually a shower curtain, it's Tord Boontje's "Until Dawn" curtainy decorative panel. It's sold in a bunch of places, for example at the Moma Design Store
