Good Questions: Similar Accent Table?

1-22-wshome-table.jpgI am in love with the Bryce Table from Williams-Sonoma Home. At $950 it is a little out of my price range for an end table. I plan to use it between two upholstered chairs as a conversation area. I like the height (24") and the diameter (22") but am flexible on size. Do you have any suggestions for something similar? I love the dark wood with the contrasting polished nickel base (I have dark walnut floors). Readers always have such great ideas when it comes to finding less expensive but equally high-design substitutions — I'd love some help! Thanks!

West Elm's Angled Leg Side Table, maybe? It's all wood and a bit smaller, but the shape is there and the price tag is infinitely better. Or for the opposite (similar finish but not shape), try the Wave Side Table at Overstock.

It's got some of the same elements, AND it's on sale for 99 buckaroos, but it's a little more chem lab (for me that's a plus, don't know about you!) - the CB2 alchemy stool:

And the height is adjustable, so you can match it up just right to whatever it's next to.

If you get one, send me one too! I'm poor and coveting it hardcore ;)

Room & Board has the Bond and Classic Stainless Steel end tables. They're similar, and about half the price of the Bryce.

I just have a question: what is flexible on size about if you want this same diameter and height. Is there some other dimension that is notable on this table?

They just said they -liked- the diameter and height, not that those same dimensions were required.
