Good Questions: Smaller Round Nova Table?

Hello AT,

I love the Nova dining room table, but I need something with a smaller scale - a table to seat four instead of six. Do you know of any similar versions (which itself looks like a knock-off of Conran's Avalon table)? I'd love to find something in the C&B price range.

Keri, This IS a beautiful table. Though we haven't seen the exact thing, Desiron makes one like this (it is customizable & we could get you somewhat of a discount), and West Elm has two round ones with much lower price points. Anyone else?

Why does everybody so quickly use the phrase "knock-off" when talking about retailers like C&B?!

Both the C&B and Conran tables are pedestal tables with round wood tops, but the similarities end there. The Conran table has a metal, non-tapering base, and the whole vibe is different from the C&B Nova.

I feel your pain. My husband & I have been looking for about a year for a table for a corner of our LR we call our tea nook. The Nova remains the one table we both loved and thought could be perfect - if it was just a little smaller. We're still looking. Good

I share the "Adore the Nova Table- just a bit too big" dilemma. Please post if anyone finds a smaller scale version. C&B is quickly developing a consumer pool for a scaled down version! Maybe they'll make one.

Hello AT,

C&B came out with a 60' Bolero table in a cinammon color whic retails for $2,299. It's gorgeous. Does anyone know who is the manufacturer of that table? I have been trying to find the manufacturer and see if I can find it cheaper elsewhere.

I just came across the Nova table (it's in a dark brown and not in the Teak color carried by C&B)in a store here in NYC which they sold for $699. C&B retails it for about $1,200! That's why I am sure I can get that Bolero cheaper somer where else.

I too am looking for a less expensive option to the $2299 that Crate & Barrel wants for the beautiful BOLERO 60" table. Any suggestions?

I too love the Nova dining set, and wish they make that table in 54", that could seat either 6 or 4. Can someone tell me if there is one similar to this Nova set?

Please I need help. sooooooo in love with the 60in round Nova table that C&B no longer carries. If anyone knows where I can get this table from it would be greatly greatly apprecitated.
