Hello AT,
We bought an old chair years ago at a blueberry festival in tiny Montrose, PA, near the NY border, and we've finally decided to proceed with a much delayed but necessary reupholstering. One reason we've been reluctant to do so is that the chair has this great fabric (picture attached)...

So baroquely cheery. if you can't find the identical to replace, I would make pillows out of it when you reupholster.
I second that - advice from laura. Your chances of finding that fabric are very remote. Even if there isn't enough for a pillow you could always find a small piece to applique.
I would email the folks at Lee Jofa or Brunchswig and see if it's theirs and/or ask them if they have a recommendation. Since they live & breathe fabric they may recognize it.
It's gorgeous!
Actually, if you just absolutely canNOT find it, perhaps a big old photo of it blown up onto some fabric by the people at bespoke (methinx it's called), which is British (and has been blogged here before) might be fun. Kind of meta, but fun.
Depending on the design of your chair, you might be able to upholster part of your chair with a solid black or other coordinating fabric and either leave some sections as is in the existing fabric or reuse the existing fabric on key accent parts of the chair. I've redone sofas and moved good fabric from the back to replace more visible sections in the front, to recover worn arms, etc. Then just fill in for the missing fabric with a coordinating color and fabric in the less obvious areas. Or you might also be able to find a similar sunflower print and embroider happy face details on some of the flowers.
