It's a sputnik. Try ebay. They come up from time to time. You can get it rewired at a local hardware store most likely.

I'd start with Fantana Arte and Venini.

Ugh....cleaning that will be a pain. Kitchen lights tend to get dirtier than lights in other rooms.

Google "Sputnik Chandelier"

It doesn't look vintage to me. There's been a lot of similar designs coming out of China for the past few years. Many variations of this sputnik theme - some with multi coloured crystals.

Most sputnik chandeliers I've seen don't have crystals on them like this one does. If someone can actually source the one in the image above I'd like to know as well!

Not exactly the same, but this Eurofase Lenka fixture looks very similar.

Though not the same, check this out - Moss (link) (http://www.mossonline.com/product-exec/product_id/41764)

A more economical version might be available from this guy -Kenzan Tsutakawa-Chinn at Studio 1000

check out the Constellation pendant lamp!

Here's a site with new imported Sputniks for reasonably cheap. Not as gorgeous as the inspiration above ...

I don't know that specific design, but Irina would be hard-pressed to find exactly the same fixture on Ebay. That's no basic sputnik. I would guess this is a custom fixture, or a verrry expensive contract fixture, probably installed in an office building or hotel.

But it would be worth looking at Sputnik fixtures on Ebay. There are originals to be had as well as reproductions. I bought one a few years ago for my son's bedroom and it looks great. I can't even recall now whether it's original or repro. The original star bulbs are still available, and the round chandelier bulbs look good in them too.

I saw somethong similar in the Kelly Wearstler website and I have had no luck finding out who made it. I even tried contacting KW herself without any luck. I would love to see where this is from. If it's the 30k one, nice, I'll take 2.
