Where can I find affordable ($300-$400) modern chandeliers for our Master Bedroom.
I like the ones by Zia Priven or the one used in this AT-mentioned bedroom (see below the jump).

Vik, unfortunately I don't have a particular DC store in mind, but have you checked out LampsPlus.com? If you get on their email list they are like Target in that you receive coupons all the time. We ordered lighting for various rooms in our home and found them to be very responsive with excellent customer service when one light arrived broken.

I bought the one of the Black crystal chandeliers and when i got it , it was stunning. A real WOW , when I or friends walk in the door.
The Prices are VERY good.
