Where can I get this bed that appeared in Alysia and David's House Tour?

I think west elm sells a variety.

But check places like pottery barn, horchow, ethan allen.

I don't know - but it looks like the mattress has fallen through the far side of the bed.

I was thinking the same thing. What's up with that mattress?

prob. superdensefoam tempurpedic mattress, and looks like bed owner didn't use boxsping to support the weight of this particular mattress.

Try searching tufted wingback headboards.

I've been pondering over this one from RH.

Very similar minus the tufting....

I think an upholsterer could make it from a picture for a reasonable price.

Scan Design also sells a similar one but it's only available in Florida.

I found this one at Seventh Avenue

and this one... it's an antique Rosewood one.

when you have a question like this, why not just ask Alysia and David? apparently there's contact info from the mods or they wouldn't have been in a house tour. bring 'em back as special guest bloggers when readers have questions like this. and then somehow or another link it to the original house tour post.
