Dear Laura,

After looking through the article we are still not sure, so we're posting it. However, we think it could be one of these stores in LA:

Show in Los Feliz
Homework
Twentieth in Los Angeles

or could it be Future Perfect in Brooklyn??

The street scene outside the window is sunny like LA but very Brooklyn with all the metalwork.

Does anyone recognize the photo??

That's The Future Perfect, on North 6th and Berry in Williamsburg. My friend used to live in that space before they converted it to retail. I recognize the marks on the wall.
